After designing and delivering development programs to teams across Australia, we’ve handpicked the most practical and tactical skills that have proven to deepen awareness and enhance leadership effectiveness. Alongside a cohort of peers you will learn the rhythms of leadership, and be equipped with practical skills so you can hit the ground running. You’ll have access to live weekly online classes, resources, and online activities and frameworks—all delivered through our online platform.

Each module combines conceptual learning (ABSORB) with practical application (APPLY), enabling participants to immediately implement new strategies in their personal and professional environments.

Leadership is inherently relational — it is learned and strengthened through meaningful connection, reflection, and shared experience. To ensure depth of engagement and personalised attention, each program cohort is limited to 12 participants.

This intimate group size allows for:

• Deeper discussion and trust-building within the cohort

• Greater individual support and accountability

• Enhanced peer learning and feedback

• Participants will be part of a community of leaders committed to growth, authenticity, and impact.

Through a blend of immersive workshops, guided practice, and reflective learning participants will deepen their understanding of leadership and develop the mindset, skills and confidence to lead effectively within their unique context.

Leadership development is always a commitment, and we want you to get the most out of your time with us. We’ve designed the Leadership Lab to work in with busy schedules, but you will still need to carve out the time and commit to seeing the growth you’re longing for.

Across the 12 weeks you’ll need to plan for:

• Live classes that will run on weekday evenings (suitable across Australian timezones) for 2 hours

• A time to read through and process the resources and content

• Making time to figure out how to bring these leadership skills into your context

The cost of the Leadership Lab is $1950 AUD (+GST) per participant.
