This day is led by Jon Bergmann and Sam Valich, two experienced guides with a shared passion for helping emerging and aspiring leaders uncover who they are and the times they are leading in. Jon is a sought-after speaker on technological and social change, organisational strategy, and leadership development, embodying the belief that personal growth fuels professional impact. Sam is the founder of Monostory, a values-led brand, storytelling, and strategy methodology that helps leaders and organisations align who they are with how they live and lead.
