Ray BeathB Com FCA Managing Partner

Ray Beath has been a director of Holden & Bolster Pty Ltd since 1974. He joined the firm after three years in audit with Deloitte. Ray has specialised mostly on complex tax matters.

Ray has extensive experience in advising clients on a variety of tax issues, including tax structuring of sale transactions from the perspective of both the vendor and the purchaser, capital gains tax, goods and services tax and compliance matters.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NSW , is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants , and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Alex Koutzoumis B.Ec., CA CFP Partner

Alex is a Chartered Accountant and has been a partner of Holden & Bolster since 1988 where he has been dealing with the tax, accounting and audit requirements of business clients.

Alex is also a Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planning Association. Since 1993, he has been an Authorised Representative with Securitor Financial Group Ltd, where he has been dedicating more time to financial planning, superannuation and developing wealth creation strategies for his clients.

David OdewahnB Bus CA FTIAPartner

David started his career in Chartered Accounting with BDO in 1979. In his eleven years at that firm David's experience included managing audits of large public and private companies through to dealing with the taxation and accounting requirements of small business clients.

David joined Holden & Bolster in 1989 as a senior manager and he became a partner in 1993.

His time at Holden & Bolster has allowed him to develop his tax expertise for the benefit of his business clients whilst still maintaining his audit expertise.

Of particular interest to him is helping his clients solve tax problems and implement retirement and succession plans.
